SweatHouz Set to Soar as Unmatched Wellness Franchise Opportunity

The SweatHouz franchise opportunity is hot.

Entrepreneurs eager to grab an innovative slice of the $1.5 trillion global wellness pie are racing to embrace the innovative infrared sauna studio concept, launched in 2019 and franchising since mid-June.

“We have sold 30 licenses in the first 30 days,” including Greater Boston and South Florida, says Jamie Weeks, founder and executive chairman of Legacy Franchise Concepts (LFC), the multi-brand health, wellness, and lifestyle platform. Atlanta-based LFC is a partner of Prospect Hill Growth Partners and the franchisor of SweatHouz.

Weeks, formerly a global asset management executive with stints at Morgan Stanley and Barclays, is a familiar face in franchising. As the world’s largest Orangetheory franchisee and one of the biggest franchise owners of Dogtopia, Weeks knows how to spot an opportunity.

He has spent the past two years refining SweatHouz, opening 11 corporate studios—and growing in Georgia, Massachusetts, Oregon, South Carolina, and Texas—with a franchisee-focused operational mindset that ultimately led to a change in strategy.

“I never had a plan to be a franchisor, but the more I looked and thought about it, the more I realized that we are some of the best operators in the franchise world and the industry,” Weeks says. “Combine that with being a good franchisor, and I think it’s a huge advantage.”
